Good morning,many people have been waiting for the new and exciting range of wicker out door furniture to arrive at the UK largest wicker and cane retailers, Cane Direct, people have been very excited about this new range because it has taken us here at Cane Direct many years to put this range together,we have been all over the world looking at different designs and colours and the best type of fabrics to use on the different pieces of furniture,it is not just a case of doing a three piece suite,o no we have a massive range,not just of suites but of sun loungers,many different types of dining tables,from huge tables with ten seats,to smaller ones with just two chairs,we do round tables, oblong and square tables,all of these products first have to be designed and carefully worked out before they go in to production,we have to make sure that the chairs will fit under the tables,and that the arms on the chairs are at the right height so that when you are sat on them your arms can rest on the arm of the chair,you have no idea just how much work has to go in to the designing of furniture,we had a situation once here at Cane Direct where we order one thousand dining carvers (chairs with arms) and did not go out the factory to check the design,and when they arrived here in the UK,the arms on the chairs were to low down,so what happen was quite simple we could not sell them no one wanted to buy furniture that is not comfatable,we got rid of them in the end,we sure did loose money on that deal,so from that experience we now check all the furniture at the design stage.Once checked we then tell the factory to put the products in to production.all of this takes a long time and that is why people are so excited about our new range,once all of that has been done we then have to decide what colours to make the furniture,our wicker out door furniture can be any colour you want from bright red to black,but there is no point in make a big dining table with ten seats bright pink no one would buy it,but you could make a small wicker chair pink,that would sell for some ones bed room lets say.
